The check-in process was a bit slow, with a ten-minute wait for the room key. The shower over the bath was slightly inconvenient to get out of.

It's walking distance to famous sights like the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia, and even the main train station is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The breakfast buffet, at only 3€ per person, offers a wide variety of options and is definitely worth it. The staff were helpful and friendly, making me feel safe and well taken care of.

The hotel can be a bit outdated and may require adaptors for electronics with large plugs. Additionally, there are only two small elevators in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a variety of pillow options for a good night's sleep. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, especially the breakfast staff who went out of their way to provide gluten-free options for my husband with celiac disease. The breakfast buffet itself was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The location was perfect, right next to Manzoni metro station and within a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. We were even allowed a late check out at 3 pm, free of charge.
